  This is an error in the "m4/groff.m4" file.
The location (URL) is to specific, includes for example a version
number, and can change or disappear.

  A general information is better, for example:

  "Look for information in your software distribution (operation
system) about fonts associated with its 'ghostscript' (gs) package."

("groff" uses "gs" (= "ghostscript") to find directories with fonts.)

  In Debian (www.debian.org, "Debian Packages"), the URW-fonts are
included through dependencies (now on "libgs9", which includes
"libgs9-common", which includes "fonts-urw-base35") in the
"ghostscript" package.
