Subject: "./gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright" is missing

  In "FOR-RELEASE" the following is expected

* Update the copyright year with 'update-copyright.sh'.

  The named script uses "./gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright"

but that does not exist in the repository!

  It can be incorporated be adding the module "update-copyright" from
GNU gnulib.

  "update-copyright" should be added to "build-aux/.gitignore".
