A program called "texi2roff" was created a long time ago, but the
program is not maintained any longer. See <http://texinfo.org/>, for
more information.
Anyway, man pages are deprecated in GNU, so there is no point where we
should discuss man pages. If anybody wants to do that, he/she should
do that with RMS, instead of us.
