Summary: Grub 0.95 with Chinese Character Displaying Support

Original Submission: Two Bytes Language Is Supported by Grub now!

After 9 days's hard work, I came to this point; and want to share the good news
with savannah's friends.

It is only an attempt for me to let a boot manager to has non-english
supported.

But it has some limitations. I wish, grub version 2.0 would have unicode
support.
