I imagine that your hard disk is lba and Grub doesn't dettect very
accurately that is int fact lba. Well, I'm not quite sure.

I will perhaps improve this thing in my Grub version. Thank you for the
feedback.

Can you try my Super Grub Disk ( http://adrian15.raulete.net/grub/ ) and
tell me if improves your experience with Grub ? You won't have to even know
what's a partition name.
Having lilo defender users is quite funny. Because no longer ago I was a
lilo defender too and Grub device names were confusing and now... I think
that Grub is the best thing around. :)
