hts bug under Windows XP |

Greetings,
When starting hts under Windows XP, I get the following error message:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( hts ) cannot be found. The
local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event: hts : Win32 Process
Id = 0x1438 : Cygwin Process Id = 0x1438 : pid_filename = (null).
I start hts by running the following command: hts -F localhost:21 80
on the remote machine, I start htc by running htc -F 21 target.machine:80
and when I run ftp local on remote, the hts process on localhost aborts...
Help on how to debug this appreciated.
Naji.
