FI, in my previous glibc upstream build attemps, I came up with the
following list of patches which are required for upstream glibc to build
at all. Most of them don't have changelog, have formatting issues, etc.
That's what needs to be fixed until we can commit them. If people can
work on it, that'll increase my commit rate :)
