Incidentally, Samuel did post the Hurd TLS support three years ago
<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2015-02/msg00139.html>. Roland's
review comments should of course be considered, though the current Hurd
port maintainers are free to decide they disagree with particular aspects
of those comments.
