Could you see what happens if you uninstall lilypond, and edit
setup.ini in your setup.exe dir, so that lilypond is in the category
'misc' (or maybe 'base'); and see if lilypond gets installed then?

Yes. I've asked around and edited the wiki, but I cannot seem to find
which package needs this dll. On my machine, it works without
installing libintl1.
Every package in setup.ini lists a number of dependecies. It seems
one of these packages lacks a 'requires:' on libintl1.dll.
I could just add that requirement to lilypond, but that seems silly.
Maybe even a bugreport should be sent to address@hidden, once we
know what the offending package is.

I don't understand the emails that are listed there. It seems to me
that there's a bug in one of the package requirements?

Sure, I'll build a windows version from latest CVS, just waiting a bit
for these dll problems to be solved, and maybe wait for 1.3.11 too,
which should show tremendous speedups.
