Lilypond bug or Windows PS programs bug?

I have a old problem when my lilypond files are printed on Windows programs, like Acrobat Reader 4, 5 and 6, GSView 4.4 or later, ghostscript 7 and 8.x: double lines appears on the staff, accidentals are printed incorrectly (flats and natural keys are filled in black), and other minor problems.

The better result is on ghostscript 7.06 or older, but double lines insist to appears. Really, the better result is on GNU Ghostscript 7306 on Linux!

What's the problem: the windows programs or the Lilypond fonts?
