        + fake a SIGWINCH in newterm() to accommodate buggy terminal emulators
          and window managers (Debian #265631).
        > terminfo updates -TD
        + remove dch/dch1 from rxvt because they are implemented inconsistently
          with the common usage of bce/ech
        + remove khome from vt220 (vt220's have no home key)
        + add rxvt+pcfkeys
