Documenting CO capability in user_caps(5)

Hi!

I've noticed that all the xterm-direct variants contain a "CO" 
(uppercase "c" and uppercase "o") which indicates how many indexed 
colors alias with direct colors.

Documentation of the option, though, is only found in 
include/Caps-ncurses and misc/terminfo.src.

Is there a reason why it hasn't been documented in user_caps(5) 
alongside capabilities like U8 and RGB?

Would this capability ever be useful to users of the terminfo database 
which do not use the curses library?

If appropriate, I can send a patch documenting it.
