Thanks to the careful application of a cluestick to my temple by Alex,
I've figured out the trick to getting vlan membership lists off of Cisco
devices.
It appears that in a regular `snmpwalk', the default base is
.1.3.6.1.2.1. Cisco Enterprise private mibs are in .1.3.6.1.4.1.
