It compiles and runs again. =)

I have further isolated away the UCD snmp stuff so that it doesn't get
in my way.  The interfaces are all much cleaner for it.  

On the immediate TODOs:

Separate ASN_OCTET_STRING from ASN_OCTET_STRING_HEX so I can do
something useful with MAC Addresses.

Write the handler with ASN_IP_ADDRESS so I can do something useful with
that.

Make sure the UCD library initialization happens only once, and that its
destruction happens only once.

After that, I should be able to take a look at any Cisco catalyst and
get a list of all of the machines attached to each port by IP address
and DNS name.  So next week I'll probably also begin splitting the
various analysis pieces apart, and have them talking through Corba or
something.  That then frees us up to get some parallel scanning
happening.
