I'm concerned that nothing has improved regarding the issue you raised in
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-standards/2017-09/msg00014.html> -
even once a change to the standards has been fully agreed, as in the case
of Paul's changes, no-one with write access reliably commits it. Could
someone with write access commit Paul's changes to README and
standards.texi that were approved three weeks ago? (For fdl.texi, the
version from <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.texi> should be copied into
the gnustandards repository.)
