The "GNU maintainers" term is ambiguous---it may mean GNU package
maintainers or address@hidden if we mean the latter,
then yes, all of them have access to www web page repository;
if we mean the former, then no, normally they have no access,
not as GNU package maintainers; of course, some GNU translation
team co-ordinators or GNU webmasters or address@hidden are
also GNU package maintainers, but this is coincidental.
