[Bug-XBoard] configure options

Perhaps Arun can find time to have a quick look at this; I am pretty sure
it must be a very small thing.

The problem with the current ./configure is that it doesnot properly
respond to the option --with-Xaw: it still build the GTK version. It seems
you have toe xplicitly add --without-GTK in addition to --with-Xaw. As
before it was not necessary to add --without-Xaw if you wanted to build
the GTK version I assume this is an error.
