Hello,
Take a look at
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/certi/documentation/
You can find 2 doc about the global install for CERTI development
a/ first one is for registered developers with CVS management
b/ other one is just for installing CERTI sources
Texts and Screenshots are only for Windows / Microsoft Visual Studio.
There are some differences for other systems.
