Platform description is necessary. (OS version, 32/64bitness, Compiler version)
I agree that any compiler error  may hide the next one, but at least
having the first gives a starting point.

Ideally we should have automatic build (with dashboard submission)
for any platform we want to support, I'll try work on that before CERTI 3.4.1.

By working on that  I mean "ease the way to setup a dashboard client
in some 3 command-lines".
If the testing machine is off-network at least generate the same same
report locally,
in order to ease mail report.
