I see.
You have two solutions to this problem:
1) Compile CERTI with build option USE_FULL_RPATH set to ON
2) Update your /etc/ld.so.conf file or dir in order to add
/opt/certi/lib in it such that dynamic loader will find the
requested shared lib.
