[Chicken-hackers] Intel TBB?

(didn't get any search hits on this)

Is there anything useful for Chicken from the Intel Thread Building
Block stuff? Seems like one of the promises of functional languages is
that they more easily allow for automatic parallelism; could the TBB
stuff be leveraged to get fun parallelism for Chicken on multicore
systems? (I'm 100% clueless about what Chicken might be already doing
for parallelism/SMP.)
