[Chicken-hackers] [patch] proposed bugfix for #712

Hi,

please a patch attached to this mail that fixes bug #712.  When
CHICKEN_PREFIX is set we also need to add "chicken" to "include"
since that is where chicken.h is stored now. I guess this has been
an oversight in the transition and no developer actually sets
CHICKEN_PREFIX.
