As far as I can see, it's just a matter of creating a
salmonella-run-publish configuration file for the chicken-5 branch and
adding this new instance to the test loop.

The configuration file would be like the others, except for the branch
name, which can be set with:

    (chicken-core-branch "chicken-5")
