We finally have a salmonella instance for chicken-5 on Linux/x86-64:

I've updated the tests.call-cc.org index page to point to the results
for the chicken-5 branch (on the FreBSD and Linux machines).

Unfortunately, the Linux/x86 salmonella machine cannot run another
salmonella instance.  It would take more than 24h to run everything. If
we decide to run an instance for chicken-5, we'll have to disable one of
the currently running instances.
