[circle] Does the windows version work?

I've got pygtk and GTK installed, and my PATH includes python and the
GTK libraries, but when I run the Circle program, for a moment the mouse
shows the hourglass symbol, then reverts.

I've tried running Circle from a DOS command line, but no information
appears:

C:\Documents and Settings\matthew\Desktop>Circle-0.41c.pyw

C:\Documents and Settings\matthew\Desktop>

What am I doing wrong?
