Hi, gang

I just had a report back from one of the users who was looking for the
Windows source .zip file, and he was unable to retrieve the file
(permission denied). I discovered that the .zip.sig file had correct
permissions, but the .zip file was -rwx------. This was in both the
source/stable/1.11.22 and the source/feature/1.12.13 directories. I
reset the permissions to rw-rw-r--

Any idea what caused that?
