Hello,
I'm pleased to announce that the CVS version of CDuce is now under a
BSD-like license :
http://www.cduce.org/c-bin/viewcvs.cgi/LICENSE?rev=1.3&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
I'm not a lawyer but the license is very close to the X license which is
recognized as GPL-compatible by the GNU project :
http://www.x.org/Downloads_terms.html
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#GPLCompatibleLicenses
The latest legal issue regarding the use of CDuce in demexp is now
closed. I plan to make a stable release (0.4) in the following weeks,
after fixing the remaining bugs/features in my to-do list.
Yours,
d.
