Details:

If I puts notes into a file, then do playback. Then carry on putting in notes,
when the left hand side of the screen has gone beyond the red end marker, a
green marker appears at the left hand end of the screen, and this marker moves
along as I add notes, always at the left hand end. But if I play, it plays
from the beginning.
