Actually this isn't true anymore. With either vserver or UML creating
new sandboxes is pretty trivial nowadays.
Previously I was a pretty strong advocate for multi locations, but in
practice we now use vserver for all setups where we would have used
separate roots before.
(of course if it isn't necessary to remove them in favor of other
advantages, they should obviously stay)
