Sorry, but I don't get it. What has cookies got to do with passport? there's always been sites that require cookies...

Well, boys and girls,

A new issue in the passport wars has arisen,
commercial sites that REQUIRE the use of passort.
Optional use is no longer an option.

Try visiting www.starbucks.com with cookies turned
off.

Perhaps a list of such site should be built and
maintained as a PR tool.  It could be linked to fron
talkbacks in articles in the public press (ZNET,
etc.).

Then these companies can be exposed to PR heat when
Passport security and privacy concerns are discussed
in news reports.
