They changed this:

    to display your copyright notice, sufficient to

to this:

    to display your own valid copyright notice which

i.e. some lawyer didn't think it was clear enough that the
EULA requires developers to pass on all of Microsoft's
restrictions when they redistribute MS binaries.

Same old wolf.  More pedantic sheep's clothing. *shrug*
