[DotGNU]treecc: -g option

Just implemented the create tree view feature. Using the -g option, treecc
will send it the output to stdout, filling it with node hierarchy
information in html format.

Let me know if this feature is desirable and I will gladly commit it to the
source tree. Though I don't have access to it, somebody can commit it for
me.
