OK - that just proves uniquivocally that some members of this industry
are fundamentally devoid of ethical and logical constitution.

Having said that, it's time to start thinking about coming up with our
own specifications that challenge so-called "webservice standards".  We
may not be able to implement RAND licensed specifications.  So, the
alternative is to replace the encumbered mechanisms with Free
mechanisms.  I can only hope that the rest of the industry is wise
enough to see the danger of RAND...
