[DotGNU]VRS meeting

The VRS group is scheduling a meeting to discuss the state of the 
project, specifically:

        * VRS relation to SEE
        * A prototype VRS that could be quickly implemented 
          as a proof-of-concept and a subject for comparison
          with the SEE

We need as much help as we can get, so if you're involved with VRS, 
SEE, or are just interested, please try to participate.

Ian and I are free this Tuesday -- will that work, Chris?  Please let 
us know.
