This RFC discussed the DotGNU Gazette, which is the DotGNU newsletter.

As mentioned in RFC 1 and 2 the DotGNU Gazette contains information about RFC's
and Targets. The Gazette however is more than just that. It contains at least
the following:

* Foreword by somebody with vision and power (either a WG leader or a SC member)
* Important news
* Some words from each of the WG leaders on what's been happening in their WG
* New RFC's
* Accepted/Rejected RFC's
* New Targets
* Reached Targets 

It could also contain this and more:
* Humor section
* Sections from each WG
