This RFC discussed the Librarian subcommittee that keeps track of documents for
DotGNU.

A lot of documents are interesting for DotGNU. For example specs, documentation,
articles. These must be gathered and kept up to date. Also RFC's and Target
specifiers must be managed. This is the job of the Librarian subcommittee
(subcommittees are discussed in RFC 3). The Librarian subcommittee works in the
library section of the DotGNU website where all documents of interest are
gathered.
