Eben Moglen's comment then was fairly clear .... "A should read code,
and document behavior... B can then study the behavior and rewrite" ...

Like "does X(ref int x) and X(out int x) exist in the same class ?" ...
"A: Ecma spec says YES .."
"A: Implementation says NO ..."..

We're not tying it down to Windows .... See it works everywhere ...

Btw, is current pnet CVS working well on OS X ? (just curious).
