Same here .

Zero == 1 Rhys :-) ... Right now System.Security is still in its infancy,
except for the Cryptography namespace which has been implemented by Rhys.

I really don't know what all classes are missing in Security , but the 
[TODO]s are really scarce (Rhys as usual ;).

Afaik, none of the pnetlib I/O or networking stuff implements Security
regulations (Permissions etc..) . So I think System.Security should be
worked upon seriously, and implemented for these operations. The latter
should be a significant change in pnetlib.
