Yes, or you can do a CVS update (cvs -z3 update -d), which should bring your
source tree up to date, then of course make clean ; make ; make install,
etc.
I've tested compiling it on Cygwin with ./configure --disable-cygwin, and it
compiles w/o issues. Let me know how you fare.
