1. There are a bunch of generated files in pnet CVS. Should these be
removed?

2. System.Xml, I gather, is pretty useless without the MS extensions.
Does that mean that to have useful XML without MS xtn, we should
recommend DotGNU.Xml? If so, I suggest making it the official
recommended parser. Sorry minddog :)

3. I'm going to make a wild guess and say that most people installing
pnet now are doing so to either develop for the platform or develop the
platform itself. By that token, I think making ECMA-only libraries the
default would be a step in the right direction, so discouraging them
from using the MS extensions (which are only meant for backward
compatibility, no?).
