Summary:  Delegate BeginInvoke does not work properly with the AsyncResult wait 
handle

Original Submission:  Code is permitted to simply wait on the waithandle in the 
AsyncResult member. When test code does this, it never returns. I presume that 
the Delegate code is not signalling the waithandle.

My test was on a single CPU unit.
