[Visionaries] NEWBIE TODO: Write WebScheme documentation

Hi folks,

a major todo for WebScheme is documenting the language. Unfortunately I suck at
documenting. So this is a good newbie TODO, especially for those that want to be
on the cutting edge of DotGNU language development :-).

The whole language definition monologue is written down in the 'DG-Scheme'
thread in the mailing list archives (note that the thread changed after a few
weeks to 'Dogus' and a few days later to 'WebScheme'. The rule is that later
postings reflect the newest developments.
