Okay, I think I'm going to leave the VPS donated by the folks at 
gnutransfer.com with the rsync service only.  Thus avoiding having to 
configure bind and hiawatha only for browsing via http(s).  And since we 
can browse from some mirrors, I don't see it necessary, on the 
contrary...
