rsync uses ssh by default on newer Linux systems.  I would think that we
could enable it in much the same way we do ssh protocol now, via
pexpect.  I use it with a no-password key pair to login to the remote
system and that works quite well.

If you are not familiar with pexpect, use the example in the
sshbackend.py module, otherwise, the only real usable path with rsync is
a no-password key pair.
