this is merely the trunk zipped up
i am talking about a tgz like
http://code.launchpad.net/duplicity/0.6-series/0.6.18/+download/duplicity-0.6.18.tar.gz
which contains the structure to run ./setup.py installation properly and has
the version variables and what not set.
