[Duplicity-talk] incremental backup based directly on the last full backup

I have relatively slow link to the backup location and a full backup
takes days and is very impractical. Yet the incremental backups are
all relatively small. So instead of a periodic full backup I would
like to create an incremental backup that is based directly on the
full backup rather on the previous incremental backup. Is it possible?
