[Duplicity-talk] git and duplicity

Hello 

My question will be strange but, is it possible to get any problem with git 
folder who are backup by duplicity. I have 2 VPS and 1 raspberry who are all 
using duplicity script under debian (threw duplicity-backup script) and I'm 
getting sometimes (3 times this year) some weird problem with git folder.

Folder with project 'git cloned' getting empty (except unrecognized .git 
folder) or having problem without any changes on files (example for dot-files). 
I'm not doing lot's of stuff on this machine except usual update. 

It's not probably related, but I was wondering.
