[Duplicity-talk] incremental not working after updating to v7.05 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

I've run the command shown in the screen shot twice, The second time it
delete the signature of the first and claimed it couldn't resume.
(i had a problem where /backup on the destination did not have rights,
which is why you see the 4 permission denied.)

This file is present on the destination along with the previous one (which
was a full backup).
