Sorry, I didn't express myself properly. I meant "the best would be to
make LyX cross-references work in eLyXer, in general". Which means
that cross-references sometimes work (when they are in a section
header but not in your situation. Could you send me a sample that
shows the behavior, to avoid ambiguities?
