[eLyXer-users] Additions to BibTeXConfig and BibStylesConfig

Hi, eLyXer could support 3 (old) escaped characters in bibtex
(used by pybliographic to encode í,ñ,Ñ), by just adding to section 
BibTeXConfig.escaped in conf/base.cfg:

\'{\i}:í
\~n:ñ
\~N:Ñ

And in http://artis.imag.fr/~Nicolas.Holzschuch/bibtex.html#note
he says that the optional field "note" in bibtex is always rendered 
at the end of entry, so probably "{ $note.}" could be added to all
styles in BibStylesConfig.
